Here's how Pre-Sale works.
1. Place an order with a deposit.
Secure the product you love with only 10% deposit + shipping. Amount will be reflected at cart.
2. Wait for your order to arrive.
The product will be ready within the timeframe indicated at the time of your order. During this time, you’ll receive automatic price protection against any price increase. If you change your mind and no longer wish to proceed with the order, you have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
3. Pay the balance and receive your order.
Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you by email with an invoice for you to complete balance payment online.
You could calculate shipping by adding the item to cart with the calculator on the cart page. Combined shipping can be calculated by changing the quantity or adding multiple items to the same cart. If you don't see shipping to your area, please contact us.
Items that are in stock are estimated to ship within 0-2 business days for non-bulky items. For bulky items, your order can take up to 7 days to leave our warehouse, depending on when our delivery partner's next run to your area is.
Items with longer estimates ship from our warehouse within the timeframe indicated (e.g. Ships in September).
Bulky items. VIC: Expected to deliver within 0-5 days after your item is shipped. ACT: Expected to deliver within 3-7 days after your item is shipped. NSW: Expected to deliver within 5-7 days after your item is shipped. SA: Expected to deliver within 5-7 days after your item is shipped. QLD: Expected to deliver within 5-10 days after your item is shipped. TAS: Expected to deliver within 5-10 days after your item is shipped.
Non-bulky items. Expected to deliver within 1-7 days after your item is shipped.
All estimates are based on business days.
For bulky items, your order will be delivered to your front door (ground floor only) or loading dock (in the case of multi-story). Deliveries cannot be made to underground car parks as the trucks cannot negotiate these. You may be required to assist the delivery driver in unloading the items from the delivery vehicle. We recommend inviting someone over to help. If you are unable, or unwilling, to provide such assistance, please contact us prior to proceeding with your order. Assistance can be arranged for you at additional cost.
For non-bulky items, deliveries may be left in a place deemed secure by the carrier if no one is available to accept the package. Signature on delivery is not required for service provided by these carriers. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a card advising you to schedule a new delivery or alternatively amend your delivery address.
Delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker is not permitted for security reasons.
