Items that are in stock are estimated to ship within 0-2 business days for non-bulky items and/or Melbourne metro deliveries. For bulky items to all other areas, your order can take up to 7 days to leave our warehouse, depending on when our delivery partner's next run to your area is.

Items with longer estimates ship from our warehouse within the timeframe indicated (e.g. Ships in September).

All estimates are based on business days.

For furniture/bulky items, your order will be delivered to your front door (ground floor only) or loading dock (in the case of multi-story). Deliveries cannot be made to underground car parks as the trucks cannot negotiate these. You may be required to assist the delivery driver in unloading the items from the delivery vehicle. We recommend inviting someone over to help. If you are unable, or unwilling, to provide such assistance, please contact us prior to proceeding with your order. Assistance can be arranged for you at additional cost.

For non-bulky items, deliveries may be left in a place deemed secure by the carrier if no one is available to accept the package. Signature on delivery is not required for service provided by these carriers. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a card advising you to schedule a new delivery or alternatively amend your delivery address.

Delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker is not permitted for security reasons.
