2. Wait for your order to arrive.
The item will be ready within the timeframe indicated at the time of your order. During this time, you'll receive automatic price protection against any price increase. If you change your mind and no longer wish to proceed with the order, you have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
3. Pay the balance and receive your order.
Once your order is ready, we'll notify you by email with an invoice for you to complete balance payment online.

We offer fast & reliable shipping with every order, no matter big or small. To find out shipping cost to your area, simply add the product to cart, and it will be calculated on the cart page before check out.
For bulky & heavy items, your order will be delivered to your front door (ground floor only) or loading dock (in the case of multi-story). You may be required to assist the delivery driver with unloading the items from the delivery vehicle. We recommend inviting someone over to help. Premium Delivery is available in certain postcodes at checkout for an additional fee, this service includes carrying (ground floor only), unpacking, assembly and packaging removal. Please ensure that the items will fit through doors/entrances.
For non-bulky items, deliveries may be left in a place deemed secure by the carrier if no one is available to accept the package. Signature on delivery is not required for service provided by these carriers. Otherwise, the carrier will leave a card advising you to schedule a new delivery or alternatively amend your delivery address.
